This work is a meditation on loss, memory and the silent threads that bind us to the places we once called home. It reaches back to my time in Venezuela, tracing the ache of sudden separation from a life that was once ordinary, familiar, mine. The wooden table stands as a relic and witness, summoning the warmth of my grandmother’s house, the echo of our gatherings, the scent of reunion.
